Flowers are something we tried out in 2016 for the first time. The decision to grow them on a larger scale came about in early 2017, as we had more permanent growing space available and felt ready to attend our first farmers market at Sotterley Plantation in Hollywood, where they were looking for a cut flower vendor. The pieces came together and in February we made some big purchases and began sowing tiny seeds in the greenhouse. And in those chilly spring temps, we will move the baby seedlings to the field, unsure of if the 1,000's of little plants will grow into your future cut flower bouquet... stay tuned!
